Credit Escalation Closed - Nothing Reaolved

I was wrongly charged for “unreturned equipment” by $120 over my normal bill. The live agent agreed that it was a mistake and she issued me a credit escalation. After 3.5 weeks the escalation was closed but I do not see anything resolved. I do not see a credit in my xfinity account or a refund in my bank. The credit escalation simply says “closed” and no other explanation. Please help

They did the same to me. They closed the escalation, but I haven’t seen any refund.
