Credit card

I call Comcast today take off my credit card. What’s on file? The customer service representative told me due to Comcast policies they cannot take my credit card. I’ll fall as long as I have active account now that’s illegal. They hold my credit card. That’s what you call kidnapping so when I’m going to do, I’m cut off all my services and going to AT&T or dish. It doesn’t matter as long. It’s not Comcast.

Good afternoon @sgardner. If you head over to https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/my-account-app-manage-stored-payments, that should walk you through the steps on how to remover a stored payment method. Give it a try when you can and let us know if you have any questions.

@XfinityRaf​ mobile cell phone Service customer service told me to have mobile service they need to have a card on that Xfinity policy.  That  illegal to make a customer keep the card on file .

@sgardner Correct, Xfinity Mobile terms of service states autopay is a requirement. You are able to update the payment information by visiting the Xfinity Mobile website or the Xfinity app.
