Credit card
I call Comcast today take off my credit card. What’s on file? The customer service representative told me due to Comcast policies they cannot take my credit card. I’ll fall as long as I have active account now that’s illegal. They hold my credit card. That’s what you call kidnapping so when I’m going to do, I’m cut off all my services and going to AT&T or dish. It doesn’t matter as long. It’s not Comcast.
