Credit balance on closed account - need refund assistance

Hi Xfinity Community,

I recently closed my Xfinity account

(Account number) after returning all equipment.

My final bill shows a credit balance of $60.91. It's been 3 weeks since closure, but no refund has been issued to my last payment method (bank account on auto-pay).

According to the refund policy, it should process iautomatically. Can Xfinity Support please check the status and process this refund ASAP? I've tried chat/phone but no resolution.

Hi there, @user_f7i71r! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forums. When you close an account, it takes 4-6 weeks to receive a refund to the last form of payment used. If for any reason there is an issue doing that, you would receive an email with options on how to receive the funds. It makes sense that you would not see anything just yet after 3 weeks.
