Credit balance at end of services
Cancelled services May 23. Had a balance of -$34.×× (credit) at end of billing cycle May 1-May 31. Went in to store. Returned router equipment. Confirmed phones were cancelled in store.
Had mobile and internet services.
Mobile billing overcharged and credited account.
Just received bill for Jun1- Jun 30 for $21.96. 0 data used. No phone lines.
Called customer service was told nonrefundable on credit balance. This isn't device credit. This is overpayment credit. Was $60 even though overcharged were higher. Best they could do.
