covid 19 help
I have been struggling to keep up with my bills this one specifically since it higher then my electric bill - I am making a payment monthly and yes behind but I am trying - I have been with this service since 2011 when It was Comcast and this bill is so high - I am still making a payment because I have to have service since I have been home bound to work remotely since March and if I don’t have services I don’t work and then I can’t pay no bills at all
And lose everything and my home - I would of thought that xfinity as big as you are you would lift these only 10 day extensions on people account as long as they are still trying to make a payment - my cut off day is Christmas 25 th I can’t make the last due until January 6 th and they refuse to override the max date of January 1st - that is all I am asking and can’t even get help with that - I find it hard to believe that someone in corporate office can’t override that in their system - there is always someone above someone in the company -

Your account is showing as eligible for a payment arrangement:
If you need more help, you can chat with the Xfinity Assistant. Or, report an issue online if you believe your payment was misapplied (or is missing).
As a courtesy, we have credited back any late charges and reactivation fees incurred over the past 24 months plus an additional credit for your loyalty. I hope that helps with making the overall balance due more manageable.
Thanks for your patience and hang in there.
