Cost too much

I've been with Comcast for 31 years loyal customer and now my bill is over $200 When I called and talk with a representative She told me there was nothing they could do for me and told me where to leave my equipment at UPS.  Just said after all those years and they don't care

I need a promotional rate For the service I have currently I can't afford Uber $200 a month the cost of living is already out of control now after 31 years I have to cancel my subscription because you've raised your rates way too high can someone call me and help me out
