I understand that prices are going up but I'd like to renew my 12 month contract to get a discount if possible.

When it comes to the tv and internet equipment I already have, do I have to get new boxes and a new modem sent to me? I am renting 3 tv boxes and a modem/router already.

Great question, @SoxFan512! Depending on if you are upgrading to a faster speed or how old your existing equipment is, you may need to swap out your equipment. If this were the case, you would receive a notification for when your equipment reaches end-of-life status. The great thing is you can always swap out your equipment for the latest equipment at any time at no additional cost by visiting your nearest XFINITY service location.

Would it be possible to do this over messages like I did last year? That was easier for me.
