Hi, I am looking to get a credit that's sitting in a now-closed account (pro-rated refund of unused amt of most recent monthly payment for a now-closed account) to be applied to my other currently-still-open account. I am called and the person I spoke with claimed they had done this, but my open acct bill is showing full amt without this credit. Can you help me with essentially moving the credit from the closed acct (where I can't get access to it) to an open acct (so it reduces my current bill due in June)? I am irritated by how much work it's been, trying to get this little credit (only $5.27) cleared from the closed acct. Can you help me with this, and if so, what info do you need from me?
