complaints Horrible Service and very unprofessional with zero resolution.

Xfinity <EDIT: Lanuage> my account up and switch my account from a Legacy plan to a new plan without my permission or consent. The reps are very decepitive

and fail to explain anything they are doing when you call. Then when I called back for clarification or to address of fix the problem I continue to receive poor customer

service and put on long holds to be hung up on numerous times. I ask for a manager put on hold and disconnected with no call back.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
