Complaint Form

Be very wary of xfinity offers before your switch your mobile lines over in search of all the "discounts" and "savings". We were told numerous times that if we switch our mobile lines over that we would also save $20 on our internet service bill, however, when the bill arrived there was no discount and after hours of trying to contact a human agent I was finally called back and told that the $20 discount wasn't part of our deal. I've requested phone recordings and chat history to prove what we were told and have not received either. These employees don't even know their own deals! You will hear five different deals from five different people.

Also, the chat is broken. If you ask for an agent and it says it's connecting you, it is not. The chat will stay open for hours. The only way to get ahold of someone is to have them call you back... which then when they call you back you're still placed on hold for about five minutes.

I am very very very disappointed in xfinity and regret ever switching to them for any kind of service. It is the most poorly managed company I think I've ever dealt with.

Here's an update, still trying to get the discount and an agent even saying we should be getting the discount but I can't get anyone to honor it.

Why is it just about darn near IMPOSSIBLE FOR A claim form or complaint form to be given to customers by these customer services representatives. I'm think of informing all of you I'm looking into a class action or Arbitration against Xfinity. A friend of mines has astonishing proof, recorded phone calls, chat threads, text messages, emails and more. Friend has now gotten a 3000 dollar negative outcome on credit score for issues and bills and fees that were proven to be misleading and manipulation along with customer service representatives whom refused to do there job and correct error after error after error. Individual to this day has been begging and pleading and searching every where to file a claim for complete reimbursement of the fees along with unnecessary time wasted and lies which is a breach of conduct in Xfinity servicew side. Now for this individual i will ask for a PDF or Downloadable form for a CLAIM and COMPLAINT alo g with a form to be completely issued the $750.00 prepaid debit cards the individual is owed and has proof to the contrary of Xfinity services to believe. Please allow us to get the asked upon forms to get this individual rectified and relieved of a burden this company has been giving to this individual for a few months almost a year.

Hello @user_2a458b. We appreciate you reaching our team on Forums, you can certainly provide feedback here: https://support.xfinity.com/svp-contact-form. Regarding the return label, if your friend is having difficulties in printing out a label they can return the equipment at any Xfinity store or any UPS store near them. Here's a helpful link on how they can return the equipment: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/returning-your-equipment
