Comcast store to exchange equipmen

My cable boxes were deactivated last night without notice.  I am senior and disabled where can I go to get upgraded Cable boxes

user_g3it8c Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. If you would like to upgrade your cable boxes, you can pick them up at your local Xfinity service center. They can also assist you in returning the old ones.
