Comcast is the worst

You people are a billion dollar company and you can't get your [Edited: "Language"] website to work correctly to obtain a code to pay online? Before that you [Edited: "Inflammatory"] were charging me $100.95 monthly just for Internet.  And no I'm not calling you so you [Edited: "Inflammatory"] can answer me here . Big whoop you managed to knock off 9 bucks . I been a loyal customer for a decade.  I have unlimited Internet on my phone for 45 a month so why should I stay ?  Like seriously  Comcast should be investigated for [Edited: "Inflammatory/Language"] it's customers

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
