Collections
I had a past due amount on my old account, I called Comcast in November and paid it off. The account was sent to Waypoint Resources for collections and they will not take this off my credit report. I have a confirmation # and reference # from Comcast but Waypoint states that Comcast must reach out to them to clear up this debt and I can't get anywhere calling Comcast. Please help! I really am trying so hard to clean up my credit and this account is killing me.
