Collections Removal

Is there anyone at Comcast/Xfinity who I can talk to about a collection removal after payment? And NOT direct me to the wrong collection agency again. I don't want to talk to them, I need a Comcast/Xfinity employee, please.

To send a "Direct Message":
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

Hi @user_ux3i6w, I have the same problem. Was you able to resolve the issue with the collection agency?

Hello, Yes, but the collection agency said they “couldn’t remove it I would have to dispute or amend it” after payment which was BS, I talked to two ppl and they wouldn’t agree to remove after pay, so the third person I talked to I made the payment with, they were supposed to email me my proof of payment and never did, so I put in a dispute with all the credit bureaus telling them it’s been paid remove it and they did. All Xfinity did was direct me to the wrong collection agency TWICE
