Collections Hold

So last week like on Tuesday or Wednesday, my Wi-Fi services were disconnected apparently from a house debt and collections hold on my account because of previous issues that a family member of mine had with Xfinity and her old equipment, so on Saturday I returned the old equipment and got the receipts from it, keep in mind that I payed 51.98 on Tuesday for my services just for it to be disconnected shortly afterward. I tried calling customer service multiple times and I’m always getting put on hold so I’m just trying to understand how I can possibly reconnect my services because this is really annoying [Edited: "Language"] me.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hey, @Christian8305! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear of the issues you are having with trying to get your services back on with the bad debt issue. When you turned your equipment in did they happen to say anything about getting a ticket open for you to have this looked into?

No not really he just told me that I had a hold on my account and that I had to pay it and then just gave me the receipts of the equipment being returned. I don’t even know who to go to see how much I apparently owe to this collections hold.
