Chat agents [Edited]
[Edited: Language] I just typed a long frustrated message about how your chat agents [Edited: Inflammatory] you. One stole my SSN and personal info. I've been overcharged nearly $300 and I've not gotten any agents to help me! And now after I spend several minutes typing out in detail all my issues the app crashed and I lost everything. Xfinity you ARE THE WORST.
