Chat agent help with the extra charges

I have spoke with the Comcast agent twice now to remove installation charges for the home self protection which I never got installed and returned them with the technician upon arrival.  I’m still getting charged for that to include the equipment and I am getting charged over and over on voice equipment that I don’t have either.  They are thieves stealing my money.
