Charges on bill for tv boxes and remotes

I recently started to return my boxes to save money and started using xfinity stream. My latest bill says I have 3 boxes, but I only have the DVR box left. I used to have 5 but returned 4 the the xfinity store near my house. Why am I still being billed for 3, it should only be 1.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
