Charges after cancellation
I canceled my internet plan on April 29th. I was told when I canceled and turned in all equipment that my payment will be prorated and charged only for the days my service was active. However, today I received a bill for the full amount of services until May 24th.
I would like a refund and to no longer be charged for services I already canceled. Can someone help with this request? I had a good experience with Xfinity so far, but this billing experience has left me wary of getting service in the future.
