Charged for service fee never asked for or anyone come out here

I have reached out so many times to Xfinity... trying to get this resolved, and I either get hung up on or switch to a different tier, No one ever came to my house, I  shouldn't be charged a $120 for a service fee that I never got. And also I've been paying with the same debit card since the day that I've gotten xfinity and they're saying that I have a return check payment too

I've already gotten bank info showing that  they don't offer check payments or checks at all  I paid with my debt card since  I've opened account with yall!! 

IT NEEDS  to take that off of my account. Now, that's almost 200 something dollars worth of charges that I HAVE NOT HAD ... WITH PROOF  it   shouldn't be on there NOONE  came to my house, why was that service fee there and I didn't have a return check that service fees should be taken care of too. But they absolutely will not resolve it. I've talked to someone chat, I emailed everything I've even called, and they all say the same things  You  have to talk to someone else above me or I get disconnected , or they say they're taking care of the problem and it's still reflects on my BILL!! someone please do right thing
