Charged for Now TV Latino I never signed up for

I’ve been charged for 6 months for Now TV Latino, I am not Latino, I do not speak Spanish. It looks like it was bundled as a free trial when I moved and changed my plan by the sales rep, I never was told or agreed to this. When the price started being added on, I assumed it was the promotional rate ending. That’s my fault for not checking. It’s still scumbag behavior to secretly bundle a service with my plan, then hide the charge on a separate page of the bill instead of including it as a line item on monthly charges even though it is included in the monthly total.

Now I can’t even cancel it? There’s no option anywhere to manage or change subscriptions. The app chatbot is useless, the website keeps timing out. How the heck do I cancel this subscription I never used or wanted? How can I get reimbursed for your deception?
