Charged after canceling

I have called to cancel, and been into the store to cancel service no less than four times. I moved out of the country and they are continuing to charge me. Everytime I speak with someone they tell me that they “will cancel” and ask me why I’m canceling. I am ready to take legal action at this point. I see this has happened to a lot of folks.
