charged 2x for nba league pass

I purchased NBA League Pass through Xfinity in October and paid the $99.99 fee for the full season on my November bill.  In November, I had a problem with my cable and customer support told me to repurchase it, but they said I wouldn't be charged the $99.99 again.  Well, I just go my most recent December Xfinity bill and another $99.99 charge is listed.  I contacted Xfinity customer support and they said that since NBA League Pass is a separate app, there is nothing they can do.  I contacted NBA League Pass, and they said they can't fix a Xfinity billing issue.  How can this get resolved?

Hey @user_f43bca this is not the type of experience we want for any of our customers ordering services. We are here and would love a chance to turn this around. We do not want to bill our customers twice for a service purchased.

 The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 Press Enter to send it
