Since you do not have a Xfinity Account, we would suggest disputing this with your bank directly. We would not be able to give you information on the account that the payment was applied to if we do not have that customers' information.

Such a scam. I contacted my card and you guys and no one seems to care enough to help. I guess I will just eat the $105. I’m sure these million dollar companies need the money more than a guy that makes minimum wage…
