Good luck. I've been trying to do that for the past few days. I just get "This page is not working now" or something to that effect. Or I just get a blank page. Should be easier to do this. Should be easier to actually call someone to have it done but there are no phone numbers on the website.

I am having the exact same problem ("This page is not working now") when trying to change the expiration date for my credit card information. I tried the link given above and it wasn't any more useful than the Xfinity Assistant. Very poor customer service.
