Change Bill Due Date error

Having issues accessing the "Change bill due date" page. I've tried using Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and the mobile app to do this (and tried clearing cache for browsers/reinstalling the app for mobile) but get the same error: "Looks like something went wrong. Please reload the page and try again."

I'm not even sure why this error would exist when users need to change their information. It's been going on for years, you figure someone would have been aware of it on the billing pages and done everything they can to make sure this error doesn't happen at all. It really shouldn't happen at all. Very unprofessional, you'd get more help if the error message was 'LOL, LMAO'
