Can't view contract

When I follow the online instructions to view my contract, the page fails to load and I'm logged out of my account.  This issue has been recurring for the last two years and I have never been able to view my contract.  How can I view a copy of my contract?

I see that you are having some trouble accessing your agreement online and we are happy to guide you through this. Some basic troubleshooting steps we would like to suggest would be clearing your cookies and cache on the browser? Have you given this a shot?

Yes, I've done this and also tried accessing on my mobile account and it still won't load.

Thanks for being proactive and trying that out! Let us have you send us a DM with your name and address so we can look into this for you. Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
