Can't Update Billing Info

Trying to change my billing from one card to another, and it's saying I need to verify my account. My account is verified as far I'm aware, and I've already tried doing this on multiple devices as well as the app. I even tried logging out and back in, and nothing is working.

Antsol Good morning! We appreciate you reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Team. Being about to update your account, and have a seemless experience is important. Do you by chance of the MFA turned on? Additionally, have you tried to delete your cache and cookies, and then try updating your payment method?

MFA is on, and yes, I've cleared my cache and cookies across the 3 devices I tried to use. When I go to look at the Verification codes under the Backup Methods, it also tells me that I need to verify my contact info, which is verified as far as I know.

Antsol Thank you for the update. If you go into the Account and Indentity, and then Xfinity ID and Security. From that tab, it will show you the account contact information. Are you using a personal email address as the preferred email address, or your Comcast email address?

I'm using my personal email as the preferred, which I verified when I changed it to that one.

Just went and changed the password, still no change in the issue. Also tried to change my email to a different one I use, and it wouldn't let me,
