Can’t pay with bank account

I had a recent fraud issue with my bank so I don’t currently have a debit card but I would like to make my account current. The only way I can right now is with my bank account, however I am not getting that option when I go to pay.

Hello @shannonb1 ! Here is a great link you can use to help Manage Your Saved Payment Options should you still have issues with your payment you will need to call our billing department at 1-800-XFINITY.
