Can’t pay my bill

I can’t make payments for a week and a half. My daughter depends on the Internet bc she’s a virtual student. People have been complaining for weeks and no one has resolved the issue. My daughter’s grades depend on being able to complete work and then take her finals. This is sad. Y’all are messing with people’s lives.

The bill pay still won’t let me make any payments. I need to be able to be able to pay or my service is going to be shut off. Something is wrong with your bill pay. There’s a lot of other people with the same problem.
