user_dq457j Thanks for using our Forums and our team is here happy to work with you so you can pay the bill. Have you attempted using our Xfinity app at all to try making that payment? If not you can easily take care of that by signing in and it just takes a few clicks.
I can't either. I tried several days ago then again today (10/28). First try resulted in failure when I entered the code they sent for some reason. Today it failed when I clicked 'send code'.
Plus this is one of the slowest sites on the internet.
