Can't make a payment

I have been dealing with this issue going on the second month. It started after having to reset my password and changing my phone number and email because it makes u enter your password in order to make a payment. Every since, it won't let me make a payment I either get a error message or it says I cannot add a payment method because my contact information needs to be verified but it was verified when I switched emails. 

Last month I spoke with multiple people regarding the issue and they assured me they would fix it and that my services wouldn't be affected. But that was a lie my services got disconnected and I had to jump through hoops to get it turned back on. 

Now I can't even talk to no one and I'm having the same issue as last month.

Our team is limited with being able to help with payments, but we can help to make sure access to your account is working. When you are loggingin in with your new email that was verified is it the Primary or Manager level email address?
