cant change my auto pay card

here is my question....how stupid can an auto "assistant" get, how much complete disregard & disrespect can a company possibly have for the customers that provide their huge profits, how much of a customer's time can such a company get away with...apparently, a lot...

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_ceabrs. That is certainly not the experience we would like you to have. Are you trying to make that change on your Xfinity app or at the Xfinity.com/myaccount site?

The xfinity site will not let me update a card either. It keeps sending me here. For a communication company this is unacceptable.

user_94xfnz Sorry to hear that you are having issues updating your payment options on the site. We would recommend clearing your cache and cookies and giving it another try. You can also get this done via the Xfinity app using a Smart device. You can take a look at the Step by step instructions HERE
