cancelled service still being billed
I had my service transferred to Verizon in December 2025 since then I've still been getting charged monthly for phone service that I don't have. I called about two months ago tto make sure it's canceled. They told me that it'll be canceled and I'll be refunded look at my bill today and I see a charge from July 15, 2026.
