Cancelled but still have a bill, and phantom equipment

For context, my billing cycle ends the 24th of the month, I returned my equipment on the 16th of June, cancelled my services with a CS rep the week before, and still have a bill scheduled to be paid in mid-July, even though I have no equipment or services through comcast at this time. A bill went out June 15th (as scheduled) which covers through July 24th. There's also the matter of the fact that I never recieved my first router, which was stolen. When I tried to report that, multiple CS reps have outright ignored it and I'm still getting charged for not returning a unit I do not have-which according to my account isn't even active.

At this point, I've probably paid more than the machine is worth to comcast.

Oh yeah, and the "view and manage current services" button doesn't work, it just sits there loading indefinitely.

@user_kv7dq9 Based on how you described when your bill prints, I'm assuming the 15th, you won't see an update to the online or app account management systems until the 15th of July. If you have autopay still enabled you'll see any refund put back to that account within 5-7 days after the disconnection process has completed. The refund won't be released until there are no more serial numbers registered on the account. Our team can take a closer look at the status of your account and provide any insight or make any necessary adjustments. If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.
