Cancellation of wifi now pass

hey I was subscribed to the wifi now pass but i recently bought wifi and didn’t need it anymore. it ended up charging me today and i don’t even use it. please cancel my subscription please and thank you

To cancel a Xfinity NOW Wi-Fi Pass, either go to the Xfinity NOW Portal at xfinity.com/now to manage and cancel your service or find the unsubscribe link in the confirmation email you received when you signed up for auto-renewal.

I want to cancel my hotspot pass because i have WiFi essentials and no longer need the hotspot pass

user_tudzdn Hotspot pass is a prepaid service that we wouldn't have the ability to turn off on this platform, but the Xfinity assistant should be able to help. You can also call the prepaid team at 1-855-757-7372. They would be the team that can assist with the request.

don’t know why I am being charged for xfinity now wifi pass. i am an xfinity.customer and have been for several years.

I was charged $10 yesterday for WiFi when I am a loyal Xfinity customer as well!
