Canceling HBOMax

I would like to cancel my HBOMax subscription through Comcast in order to sign up directly in order to get the $2.99/Mo. Black Friday deal they are offering right now.

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message icon” (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message

How can I cancel hbomax from my account. Thanks called they have a wrong credit card for me hope you can help brinxbaby

Hi @Sansche5, do you happen to remember how you signed up for HBO MAX? You mentioned that they have the wrong credit card on file, but if your subscription was through Xfinity the subscription would appear on your Xfinity bill.

We should be able to get that cancelled for you if you are being billed through Xfinity, @Sansche5. Please send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
 Click "Sign In" if necessary
 Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
 Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 Press Enter to send it.
