Canceled service last week

but still getting charged the the next billing cycle. i spoke with customer service last week and the agent told me my account was canceled. apparently there's no way to cancel and no way to get into touch with a billing agent when calling 1-800-xfinity.

I can understand how frustrating it is to get billed for something especially after you canceled it, but you have reached the right team that can take a look at that for you. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
