Cancel TV and Streaming; Retain Internet and Voice

I require cancellation of all Xfinity TV and streaming services and removal of the associated equipment charges. Please retain Xfinity Internet and Xfinity Voice without interruption. I want to complete this request in writing and do not authorize a telephone callback.

- As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select “Xfinity Support” from that list.
- An “Xfinity Support” graphic will replace the “To:” line.
- Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
- Press Enter to send it.
