Cancel Starz

How do I cancel Starz? We’ve been charged $8.99 for months and months and haven’t been able to figure out how to stop it. 
I use the online chat and it says it can’t help and that I have to call instead. So I call and it says to use the online chat. Round and round. Seems almost illegal.

I found this forum by doing a Google search. Ridiculous.

Hello @user_506bdd! We hate to hear you've had so much trouble removing Starz from your account. This link explains how you can easily manage your channels right from your cable box. Otherwise, we're happy to help remove it from your account for you. If so, could you please send us a direct message with your first and last name and your full address?

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

Oh yeah, I saw that post too and tried that (a few separate times over the months) also to no avail. I don’t see those options when I go to my Starz channel.

I sent a direct message with all the required info to someone a week ago with no response. And I can’t send a new message to you “XfinityJennifer” because your name doesn’t come up in the search. “XfinitySupport” also does not appear when I search. Seems like this complexity is all done on purpose.

@user_506bdd You'll want to use "Xfinity Support", and you'll need to sign in first if you're not already. If you're still having trouble this link has all the ways you can contact us for assistance!

XfinitySupport did not come up as a choice and I am signed in. As I mentioned, I tried calling, I tried online, and now I’ve tried this forum. Am I supposed to drive to a store now? Ugh!!!!

Ok. I found the support address now. I missed the space between the two words. Why do I have to do all this work! Awful service!
