Cancel Service

Same as everyone else.

Scheduled call to cancel service. xFinity never called.

Tried to schedule another call. Website says an error occurred and cannot schedule call.

Now receiving an access denied error when I try to use the xFinity website.

Hi there! Thanks for the reminder. I simply followed the directions posted by an xfinity employee on this forum for a customer with a similar issue. Please advise if the posts by xfinity employees on the public help forum should not be followed by other xfinity customers.

I posted my question under the billing forum where I found many other posts about cancelling service. Could you link me to the more appropriate forum?
