Cancel NOW TV Subscription 1/13/24
Hello Xfinity,
I'd like to cancel my NOW TV subscription.
I've read some forums and I see the default response people get is to (see below) but I do not in fact see the "Direct Message" icon.
Only thing next to the bell icon is my first initial and when I click that icon, the only thing that pops up is: VIEW PROFILE, PROFILE SETTINGS, BOOKMARKS, AND SIGN OUT.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

Please click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right of the page next to the bell, and send your message to "Xfinity Support". Talk to you there!
