cancel my services
Hello.
Like many others, I've been looking to cancel the services.
I've moved out of the house serviced since end of April and I've been trying to cancel the internet service to no avail.
The modem was mine, I have nothing to return. Just need my service cancelled.
Moved out of the house couple months ago and after trying different ways I finally arrive to yet another way of requesting the service cancellation.
I hope this time is for real.
I'm also asking for a refund for the cycles I didn't use the service. It can be easily proven by looking at the zero usage of the service after the April cycle.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
