CANCEL MY SERVICE

I have been online and on the phone for hours trying to get my service cancelled. PLEASE CANCEL MY SERVICE. This immoral company makes it almost impossible to cancel service, which is infuriating. I would never do business with them again voluntarily.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

I have been sitting on the phone for 20 minutes "on hold" while the agent pretends to research why I am continuing to get billed monthly for a service I cancelled five months ago. I am on hold right now. Cancel my service.

It would be great to be able to cancel this service. But unfortunately I need to sit online and on the phone while this company pretends to "help". This is the absolute worst service possible and I will never be a customer again, ever. Hello, Starlink.
