Cancel current service on old address, keep service on new address

Hi Xfinity,

I am about to move to my new home on 11/15 (after 3 years of construction) which has already 2giga internet service and works like a charm so far. However I am not able to cancel the service to my old address.

Can someone assist me? Thank you!
