Cancel Auto pay for mobile service
I want to simple cancel the auto pay on my phone bill. It is ridiculous the amount of hours I have been on the phone trying to talk to a live person only to get a person and have him hang up on me. I hate the customer service that Xfinity provides. can someone please help me take this option off my billing.

Hello @user_29uzmv, thanks for posting to the Xfinity forums with your issue, and thanks to @EG for moving the post so that we would be able to respond. I am sorry that you have had issues with the autopay for the Xfinity mobile, but you have reached the right team that can take a look. For Xfinity mobile, you can update the payment method for the autopay using the Xfinity app, but autopay is required for Xfinity mobile so there is not a way to remove it.

Autopay is a nightmare with Xfinity. You will get billed for other unauthorized charges. I had a difficult time getting my back to keep issuing me cards where they could not keep finding the new number
