Can you extend my internet only plan price?

I was on a $50 month for just blast internet and I see it expired. Can it be extended for a year or 2? I'm taking care of my disabled father and can not work besides odd jobs for a friend and can't afford the higher monthly bill. Thanks for any help!

Hello, @dn1965, that's awesome you're able to spend that time with your dad and take care of him. I'm sure he's grateful to have you in his corner. I totally understand needing to keep your bills low, especially in your circumstances, so let's roll up our sleeves and see what options we have for you. I don't have the option to extend your current promotion, but I can repackage you into a promotion that might be the same or similar. In order to get started can you please send a message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right?

@XfinityMarcos I'm sorry for the delay and thank you for the help. It's been hectic here lately. I'm sorry but for some reason, I can see a chat icon on my screen? I see direct messaging, notifications and profile. I'm sure I'm just missing it here.

@dn1965. Direct message is what you want.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
