Calls about past due account

For months I have been getting daily calls and text messages from Xfinity about a past due account. The text comes from Xfinity’s 266-278 number and the call comes from Xfinity’s 1-888-266-2278. I have contacted your online chat and verified I dont owe any balance yet the calls and texts keep coming. How do I stop this?

I am sorry to hear that you are getting those messages if the account is not past due, I know how frustrating it can be to be inundated with messages for something. We can take a look and see why you are getting those messages. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window, please add your full name and address
• Press Enter to send it
