Billing/Refund Issue

I was overcharged on my last bill by over $100. I have asked repeatedly to have this resolved. I was told on 3/19 that I would be refunded my entire billing amount. This showed in my account on that day only and then disappeared. I was not issued the correct refund AND my account now says that I owe the exact amount that I was refunded. I want a name and direct phone number of ONE PERSON that I can reach out to directly.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
