Billing/payment arrangement

Hi, I made a payment arrangement for Today the 27th but unfortunately was not able to make the payment and won’t be until the 29th I know they will cut it off around 3am but Is it possible for them to give me 24 hour grace. I work from home so I’m kind of nervous I’ll lose a days pay

Thanks for reaching out, user_wa16me! That is a tough one. I'd be happy to take a look at your account to see what I can do. Usually after the payment arrangment is set we're not able to change it especially on the day the payment is due. However, I don't mind taking a look to do my due diligence.
